Bike & CoffeeTour

Explore the Beltline, East Village, Inglewood & Ramsay neighborhoods on a 2 hour bike tour.


Following Calgary’s cycle track and pathway network, we’ll stop at Rosso Coffee Roasters for a coffee of your choice (give their cold brew a try). Once you’re caffeinated we will continue on our tour, exploring some of Calgary’s oldest and most interesting neighborhoods.

Itinerary

  • 10 AM – Meet in the parking lot at Hotel Arts (get fitted for bikes, sign waivers, etc.)
  • 10:15/10:30 – Start tour!
  • 10:30 – 1 PM Explore our city center neighborhoods on two wheels
    • Ride along Calgary’s Cycle track, pathways and quieter roads to Rosso Coffee in Ramsay for a coffee of your choice, maybe even a treat from the pastry cabinet (their G.F coffee cake is Andrel’s favorite)
    • Continue riding, stopping for scenic photos atop Scotman’s Hill
    • Pass through Inglewood along the quiet streets and pathways to arrive in the East Village, one of Calgary’s most transformational neighborhoods
    • Meander along the pathways and cycle tracks back through Beltline to our meeting spot
  • 12 PM – End tour at Hotel Arts! (check out some of the local eateries in the Beltline area for lunch. Yellow Door Bistro and Raw Bar at Hotel arts, Native Tongues, Beltliner and more)

What You Can Expect On A Nomad Bike Tour?


  • Meet your guide in the parking lot on the east side of Hotel Arts.
  • Try to arrive on time to get fitted for your bike.
  • Rosso offers discounts on beans if you’d like to purchase some while visiting the roasters. Our guide will even carry them for you!
  • Calgary’s downtown neighborhoods are busy during the summer months and our pace will reflect the congestion on the cycle tracks and pathways.
